|Anthony Curd is one of the most experienced professional wedding photographers in Cornwall. He has been specialising in Wedding Photography for over 20 years and this keeps him so busy that all other aspects of professional photography now take second place to his commitments to happy couples throughout Cornwall on their special day.
His wife Gerry will also shoot Reportage if you require.
Anthony is very much a traditionalist with both method and technique when it comes to photographing weddings. He uses film as his first choice yet will shoot digital when it is the Couples express wishes. Post processing using Digital Techniques for special effects is available on both conventional film and digital results on request.
Like most traditional photographers Anthony's preferred camera is a trusty Hasselblad for medium format with a Nikon SLR used for the 35mm reportage shots. So beware you will almost certainly be caught off guard for that magic moment that will live for ever in your beautifully presented wedding album.
If you choose Anthony as your Wedding Photographer, Geraldine also accompanies him to record the amusing and unusual candid shots (in black and white) which most other wedding photographers would normally miss.
Being a traditional wedding photographer, Anthony is very creative with black and white photography. If you require, you can have a mix of colour, black & white and even sepia tone to give that period effect. In fact Anthony Curd recently shot a wedding entirely in Black and White with stunning results.
Whatever mix of wedding photography you require, a plan will be drawn up to make sure you get exactly what 'YOU' want to preserve those special memories.
As a traditional wedding photographer, Anthony is able to supply individually processed "Sepia Tone" prints. The sepia tone effect applied to modern photographs is actually reproducing the appearance of very old photographs from the early part of the late 19th and early 20th Century.
You may choose to order sepia tone prints when you see the proof photographs
